Through patented technology, our flame retardant is the most efficient treatment in the market. Our process allows the FR chemistry to penetrate into the fiber and distribute evenly throughout the fiber.
Our FR chemistry is safe and non-toxic to humans and the environment. During manufacturing there is no chemistry released into the ecosystem, everything is recycled.
We can treat all types of natural fibers including bleached cotton, scoured cotton, rayon, kenaf, jute, flax, wool, cashmere, shoddy, etc.
Applications for our FR treatment are bedding, automotive, insulation, acoustic panel, furniture, appliance, etc. Our FR treatment will pass CPSC 16 CFR Part 1633, ASTM E84, UL 94, FMVSS 302, etc.
Additional performance can be added to our FR treated fibers with characteristics such as antimicrobial, antifungal and anti-dust mite.
